Families Count has secured homestyle meals for course participants and families! A huge THANK YOU to veteran Chris Loschiavo of Grace Church, Southern Pines and Blue Suede BBQ! Chris is going to help Families Count in a HUGE way this year! Our parenting course starts with and takes pride in offering participants a meal with every class while teaching the value of sharing a meal with family. This year, Blue Suede BBQ will be sponsoring Families Count and helping prepare a home-made meal for every class! We look forward to sharing your amazing food with the community through our ministry and appreciate your support! It was a privilege to be welcomed as the guest speaker for this month's unit meeting at Moore County Social Services. Families Count course option reached over 25 social workers who were very receptive and inquisitive, and then very supportive of the ministry! We are looking forward to working with the case manager of our course attendees and will continue building this relationship throughout the year.
 Sponsored by Southern PInes Grace church and hosted at our new Heritage Hall at the Village Chapel, Families Count instructors from FL and Fayetteville were able to certify a HUGE team - ready and willing to serve the families of Moore and Davidson County. These Co-Leader couples will be teaching parenting courses and God's will for all families to heal and parent in his ways. |
Deb HoldenHi! I'm the Moore County Coordinator, certified by Families Count through Lifeline Children’s Services. I've been recruited to this ministry as a branch of re|planted - an orphan and foster-focused ministry at Grace Church in Southern Pines. It as been a blessing to recieve such support with the coordination of a regional training and two course offerings this year! Thank you Jody and Shanon and so many more involved!
